What does personalized coaching look like?
Progressive workouts
Your program will be designed around progressive workouts to help you build strength, speed, power and endurance. Most workouts will take around 45 minutes to complete.
New program every 4-5 weeks
You will recieve a new program every 4-5 weeks, with deloads built in.
24/7 Support
Access to me 24/7 through my app! You can message me anytime, but responses come in my working hours. You will receive feedback on your progress weekly with video reviews and check-ins.
Technique Check Ups
Every week you’ll be able to send videos of your form (whether lifting or rowing) so that I can continually help you to move better.
