A 30 min session, LiftnRow, and 1:1 training are all options to dive in with.

Each will have it’s own pros and cons, but the important thing is that you get started moving your body.

I’ll help you learn more about exercise, recovery and stress management.

You’ll gain new skills so that you can decide how YOU want to build your life.

LiftnRow and 1:1 Training give you access to the education you’ll need to move forward.

REFINE

When new skills come, you’ll need time to culivate those new skills while continuing to learn new ones.

A build-your-own strength and rowing program designed around your personal goals for your lifting and/or rowing.

1:1 Coaching

Custom training based on your goals with a coach (that’s me!) who will help you dive into all apsects of your fitness to help you become the version of you that you want to be.

Revamp Your Rowing

An online course where you’ll learn rowing form from the perspective of understanding how to video yourself and correct your own form.
