REVAMP YOUR ROWING
A course that will give you a step by step process to evaluate your form
Meet Your Coach
Alicia Clark
A Master Instructor with UCanRow2 with 10+ years of rowing experience and 4+ years of experience coaching people of all ages and abilities on the rowing machine in-person and online.
I started out as a certified indoor rowing instructor, got invited to be a Master Instructor with UCanRow2, and am now also currently the Novice Women’s Coach for the Purdue University Rowing Team.
All that to say I’ve seen many many different people row over the years. As I’ve coached more, I’ve developed my own process of evaluating someone’s rowing technique. This process is what you learn in Revamp Your Rowing.
When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my husband, binging my latest TV show, getting outdoors, and competing in local CrossFit-style competitions.

What People Are Saying
“I was so amazed at how much I learned about the rowing technique from this class. Alicia really breaks down the stroke and helps you build the skills to analyze your own technique. I highly recommend the class!“
“A 7 week course to improve your rowing? How can there be THAT much to pick apart in the rowing stroke! Well, there is! And Alicia takes it apart in great detail, then puts it back together so it makes sense. The support in the group was wonderful and it was very helpful seeing everyone’s videos.“
“Working with Alicia is fun and so helpful! I’ve enjoyed indoor rowing since I first tried it, but working with a rowing coach is so worth it. Alicia made it fun to learn how to be a better rower and more effective and efficient with each stroke. I look forward to more programs from her!“

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does the course take?
That’s really up to you. The modules are broken down so that there’s 6 weeks of learning different aspects of rowing form. If you feel one week is easy and would like to do two “weeks” at once you can. You can go as slow or as fast as you’d like through the modules.
Each module should take you less than 30 minutes in total time.
Is there a deadline to complete the course?
There is no deadline! You can take as little or as much time as you’d like. You’ll keep access to the course for it’s lifetime which includes any and all updates made to the course.
When do I get access to the course?
You’ll recieve a welcome email from Teachable within 24 hours of checking out. In that email you’ll create your username and password and then have immediate access.
How does the course work?
Each week you’ll learn a couple of technique points in the rowing stroke and the common errors associated with them. Your homework after each module is to take a video of your rowing and go through the Rowing Form Checklist for the week. As you learn more points, the checklist gets longer.
Once you know what you need to work on, there are cues, drills, and tools provided to help you improve your form. You can take some time to work on these points before moving onto the next week/module.
Are workouts included?
No, workouts are not included with the course. This course is built to work with any kind of rowing workouts you’re currently doing.
Is there any coaching or 1:1?
This is a self guided course, but you will have access to me and the Revamp Your Rowing community in our Slack channel.
Can men join Revamp Your Rowing?
Absolutely! I know I market mostly to women, but Revamp Your Rowing can help anyone with their rowing form.
